M&A drives M&A drives competitiveness and development of business restructuring. Integrating companies calls for operational continuity, strategic alignment, and resource efficiency all around. Conventional linear project management finds it difficult given complexity. This paper investigates how significant firm M&A integration is being affected by Agile Project Management (APM).
Unlike conventional approaches, agile project management supports flexibility, stakeholder collaboration, and ongoing learning. According to this study, Lean, Scrum, and Kanban might simplify process, technology, and culture as well as expedite integration. Through incremental development and real-time input, agile approaches enable companies to change to meet new challenges and strategic goals during integration.
