Abstract

Integration and sustainability of operations after major mergers and acquisitions depend on strategic project management. The main corporate M&A strategic project management models are investigated in this paper. The report advises combining technology, procedures, and corporate cultures to prevent disruptions and increase complex transaction value.
Overcoming M&A integration challenges requires both strategy and execution. Strategic project management frameworks are needed for integrating IT, operations, and organizational culture. For synergies and M&A benefits, they have to be combined. This research examined ideas and approaches to address these challenges in many types of organizations.
