Abstract

Digitalization requires strong IAM solutions to protect sensitive data and control access. Biometric authentication uses unique physiological or behavioral factors for security. Centralizing biometric data makes IAM hackable. Blockchain's immutability and distributed ledger secure biometric data. This research secures IAM systems using blockchain and biometrics.
All integration information are verified. The article explores fingerprint, face, and iris identification for blockchain storage. Each modality offers template construction, feature extraction, and matching. This impacts IAM biometric modalities discussions.
