Technology integration may make or break modern mergers and acquisitions. This research explores major firm IT project management following M&A integration when data management, corporate applications, and infrastructure alignment dispute. Effective IT project management is needed owing to M&A synergies.
Merger IT integration issues are explored. These issues arise from IT infrastructure, data management, and business apps. Inequalities must be anticipated and included to avoid business interruptions and meet M&A transaction goals, according to studies.
