Hyperfocused Customer Views derived from data visualizations and graph analytics

Graph analytics and knowledge graphs are becoming more and more important for companies in order to provide deep customer insights. These advanced technologies enable companies to create links across many data sets, therefore revealing hidden trends and correlations that traditional analytical methods often ignore. Graph analytics helps companies to better understand customer behavior, hence enabling customized experiences and focused activities. Knowledge graphs improve this by organizing complex data into an intelligible way and providing a complete view of the connections across many dimensions. This helps companies to understand the larger background of consumer interactions, therefore transcending single data points to expose the relationships influencing consumer behavior. Knowledge graphs enable companies to have a whole view and make strategic decisions that improve the whole customer experience by helping them to organize and integrate data from many sources. Moreover, the knowledge gained from these technologies helps companies to keep a competitive advantage by means of proactive decisions based on data instead of relying on reactive policies.
